About Jeffrey M. Koltun, Attorney at Law

Jeffrey M. Koltun is a 1982 graduate of Miami (Ohio) University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Mr. Koltun received his law degree in 1985 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Koltun was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985, the Kentucky Bar in 1989, and the Florida Bar in 1990.

Mr. Koltun practices primarily in the areas of corporate and business law, employee benefits and deferred compensation planning, Federal tax law, and estate planning.

Professional Memberships and Associations

Mr. Koltun is a member of the Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations, the Tax Sections of the Florida Bar Association and American Bar Association, and the Central Florida Tax Roundtable.

Mr. Koltun is a frequent lecturer on the topics of employee benefits, estate planning, tax, and general corporate law. He has spoken at the national Council on Education in Management, the Orange County Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association, and many other groups. In addition, Mr. Koltun has written tax articles for local publications.

Mr. Koltun is active in local civic organizations. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lake Mary Firefighters’ Pension Plan and is a former member of the Florida Bar Committee on Relations Between The Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Trustee of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Kidney Foundation and the Habitat for Humanity Advisory Board.
