Serving Clients in the cities of Orlando, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park and Lake Mary and Orange County, Seminole County, Lake County and throughout Central Florida.
Kane and Koltun, Attorneys at Law, was founded in 1997 and is dedicated to providing our clients with legal services in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Our firm is proud to have the highest peer-reviewed rating (an AV Rating) from Martindale-Hubbell, the nation’s largest and oldest attorney rating service. We consider this as confirmation that other lawyers rank Kane and Koltun at the highest level of professional excellence. In fact, many times we are asked by other law firms to assist or advise them on legal matters!
There are many legal strategies involved in estate planning, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care documents. New clients often say that they do not have an estate plan.
Our attorneys have extensive experience in the formation, design and operation of all types of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships and professional associations.
Our Trust and Estate Litigation attorneys understand that trust and estate matters are personal and that losing a relative or loved one can be difficult and complicated. We recognize the emotional toll that disputes can take on individuals and we counsel clients through every step of the process. If at all possible, we seek to resolve disputes without the aggravation and expense of litigation. If that is not possible, then we are prepared to represent clients in some of the most complex disputes involving trusts, estates and guardianships, including claims against fiduciaries, will and trust contests and disputed trust accountings. We have experience in the probate courts and extensive knowledge of the complex law and unique procedures related to probate and trust disputes.
Probate and estate administration are the processes through which estate assets are transferred after death. When probate avoidance planning has not been implemented prior to death, the state will require a probate court proceeding if the deceased was a resident or owned assets in the state.
Give us a call and you will instantly recognize our ability to grasp your situation and our capacity to provide wise legal advice.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your specific legal needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
It’s always a pleasure working with you, Steven and you’re entire staff. Please pass this compliment along to everyone.” – W. Garner
